Enmore Residence

Removal of an existing door and a section of the wall to accommodate a new 4-piece stacker door with a louver return.
Complete strip-out of the existing kitchen, walls, bathroom, floor, and deteriorated subfloor.
Installation of all-new subfloors and engineered flooring throughout the residence.
Full renovation of the bathroom, including raising the roof and installing a Velux window.
Supply and installation of a new kitchen and stone benchtop sourced from Magnolia Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Two full bathroom strip outs.
New subfloors with one on a gradient to allow for hybrid flooring on top whilst still being compliant.

Removed the wall to make living room one big room, blocked up existing doorway to bedroom from living room.
Removed and reused existing cornice to build a pelmet for curtains.
Patched in existing floor with recycled blue gum. Sanded the whole apartment and refinished.

Repositioned power outlets and switches and installed all lights.

Arrived

Demolition of the existing kitchen and bathroom.
Created a third bedroom and raised the hallway ceiling by cutting into the ceiling space, adding a skylight.
Construction of a new bathroom with a skylight.
Redesigned the kitchen layout with a skylight above the island and relocated the laundry into the kitchen area.
Installed engineered wood flooring in the stairs and the back section of the house.
Built a fireplace with a gas fire below and a TV mounted above.
Installed custom joinery in the bedrooms.
Sanded and applied a clear finish to the original hallway floor.
Painted all interior spaces.
