Paddington Residence

  • Removed the existing garden.

  • Planted trees.

  • Altered levels to improve water flow.

  • Ardex WPM 1000 root repellant to all floors and planter boxes.

  • Curved rendered walls with limestone pavers as seats.

  • Steel galvanised framework under Millboard decking and micromesh panels.

  • Frosted glass to bottom of garden for compliance.

Bathurst Street, Sydney CBD

  • Removed all existing plants and earth.

  • Cut and jackhammered corner section of retaining wall, re-formed and poured concrete wall.

  • Tanked the inside to make watertight with Fatra Membrane.

  • Tiled the front and laid a paver on top.

  • New soil and plants installed by Lady Bug Landscapes.

  • Design by Adam Robinson Designs.

Matraville Residence

  • Backyard revamp.

  • Removal of over a thousand tons of earth.

  • Installed and cladded a retaining wall.

  • Built pool room.

  • Installed LED lights.

  • Laid travertine pavers around the pool's perimeter, stairs, and seated area.

Pyrmont Residence

  • Pulled up old wooden decking.

  • Installed Fatra waterproof membrane. 

  • Outdure decking system .

  • Custom designed powder coated stair treads with LED lighting.

  • Hand made Moroccan tiles.

  • Custom drain. 

  • Stainless and glass balustrade. 

  • Stainless sub frame for Ceaserstone  benchtop. 

  • Hot Tub installation.

Epping Residence

  • Installation of a carport.

  • Construction of a garden house with an open roof framed structure, using James Hardie cladding.

Mosman Residence

  • Balcony repair.

  • Pull up existing travertine pavers and remove existing screed.

  • Lay new Fatra Membrane with upstand chased in.

  • Re screed, liquid on top of screed and lay new porcelain tiles.

Terrace

  • Cleared all overgrowth at the back, excavated some earth, and replaced it with road base.

  • Installed a retaining wall, reconnected the stormwater system, laid pavers, fitted a new gate, and rendered the back wall.

Spa

  • Removed existing tiles and substrate.

  • Installed timbers to increase falls to the drain.

  • Formed and installed a plywood box gutter.

  • Constructed hobs under windows.

  • Installed Fatra Membrane, including box gutter detail and reverse angle detail at the rear of the window hob to prevent rain from seeping under any window or door.

  • Conducted a water test.
